The shipments of our orders are done by the express courier companies such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, ARAMEX, EMS (Express Mail Service) & Post Mail.

Shipping charges are defined according to the weight of the shipment, the final destination of the shipped goods, and the courier company used. We inform to the customer the cost of shipping once the total weight of the shipment, the final destination of the shipped goods, and the method of transportation is confirmed. The delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days to reach the final destination via Express Shipping & it takes around 2 to 3 weeks via Economy Shipping.

  • You can see the delivery report by entering your Tracking No. to Track your item yourself.
  • If item is proved lost or late delivered after enquiry, compensation will be given according to UPU (Universal Postal Union) and two countries agreed rules.
